Contact / Report

A real person reads these. There is no ticket system and no chatbot.

Version 1.0. Effective from 14 August 2026.

How to reach us

Email info@yourcommunitygames.co.uk. Please tell us what happened, when, and which community, Player or Games Night is involved, and include a screenshot or link if you can safely provide one.

What you can report

  • Illegal or harmful content, including abuse, threats, hate or sexual content.
  • An account you believe belongs to somebody under 18.
  • A security problem, a suspected account compromise or a misused invitation.
  • Cheating, manipulation of a Result or another fair-play concern.
  • A privacy or data-protection request, including access, correction or deletion.
  • A complaint about a moderation decision or a restriction on your access.
  • An accessibility barrier: anything you cannot see, read, hear, reach or operate, including with a screen reader, keyboard, magnification or voice control.
  • A request for a reasonable adjustment, so you can take part in a Games Night in a way that works for you.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first. We cannot provide emergency help.

Accessibility and reasonable adjustments

Tell us what is getting in your way and, if you can, what would help. Email info@yourcommunitygames.co.uk with the page or game involved and the device, browser or assistive technology you use. We will reply, agree an adjustment with you where one is reasonable, and say plainly if something is not possible yet and what we intend to do instead. Asking never affects your place in a community or your Results.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a report promptly and to act proportionately: reviewing what happened, restricting or removing content where appropriate, preserving limited evidence and telling you the outcome. Data-protection requests are answered within one month.
